They point to the fact he has no medical qualifications, or nutritional training.

The article states this as if it’s a bad thing. What’s currently being taught has led to the greatest health crisis of all time.

Don’t blame the butter for what the bread did.

I did it for a while. Really helped with getting past the “got to get lunch” every day.

I don’t drink coffee but you could “butter my butt and call it a biscuit” :grimacing:

I’ve tried it and I like it! But sometimes I’ll just put coconut oil in and skip the butter. I also take a spoonful of coconut oil and just eat it off the spoon every morning with my first cuppa coffee

I still do. Just for my one cup a day and I don’t count it as breakfast or anything like that. I drink it alongside my keto meal. I did do the bulletproof coffee…but butter plus mct oil gave me diarrhea. Now I put either butter or mct oil. Alone, I am fine. both… watch out. I actually prefer the taste of butter in my coffee over cream. So I am a butter convert in coffee, for that alone.

I didn’t take MCT oil to the beach because I was afraid it would leak. Tried butter with HWC for the first time and liked it.

Because I am a rebel… lately I have been having my buttered coffee to end my OMAd instead of in the beginning( I don’t use it for breakfast anyways, I just love the taste) I find just shifting it towards the end of my Omad actually satisfies me more. I have done this for about a week and seeing a huge difference in my appetite. It completely shuts it off after my last bite of my meal and it lasts until the next day. So just something I have noticed for myself!

Never have done it, but would, with no problem.

I usually have one buttered coffee a day. I use espresso, macadamia nut milk, butter and grass fed beef gelatin- whir that around with a stick blender until frothy and I’m good to go. The butter makes it luscious. The gelatin restored my hair and nails.

I add butter when I’m having a morning where I don’t feel like eating to get some calories in.

I usually put butter in my coffee. I like the salty taste and gives me an advantage to start the day with higher fat. Will also add Collagen sometimes. Blends well and has no taste.

Buttered coffee just didnt do it for me as a meal or as a way to break my fast…but as a finisher? Not sure why…but it just works. I could never drink my cals. I tried to sub it for “breakfast” when i first started keto. Even with mct oil…etc. It did zero to satisfy my hunger. But at the end of my omad or twomad? It hits the spot for me.

When I first started keto I would make it with a whole stick of butter and a little heavy cream added to help it emulsify. I also made bullion this way.

I use MCT oil at home but in the road I drop some butter in my coffee. I don’t like the idea of MCT oil spilling/leaking in my luggage.
