Bulletproof coffee. Can I make it with coconut cream?

#22

If it’s broth instead of water it actually works ok. I’ve done broth, butter, mct/coconut oil and spices and made fatty soup. Ditched it when I went carnivore, but I’ve recently decided to add coconut oil back in to my diet after watching Dr. Eades’ presentation on saturated fats and reverse electron transport.

Coconut cream is saturated fat. Thick at room temperature and solid when refrigerated.

Good to know. So what is the difference between coconut “cream” and coconut “oil,” then?

Not sure…

Coconut cream

Coconut oil

The cream keeps some of the solids. The oil does not.

Many thanks!

Here we call that creamed coconut, and coconut cream is entirely different.
Just to be awkward

Thanks for the tip! I got some today and am going to try it out. I also got a bottle of their unsweetened probiotic almond coconut yogurt drink because I was having some stomach issues, it really helped, and I like it a lot. It has 2 grams of carbs per serving.
