Bulletproof Coffee after lunch

Hey Everyone!

It seems like it’s advised everywhere to consume the bulletproof in the morning instead of breakfast.
I have a fall in energy usually after quitting the fast (at lunch) and was wondering if anyone has experience with consuming the bulletproof straight after lunch, instead/ in addition to the morning one. How is it? Recommended?

I have them whenever I want to, sometimes several times a day.

And how is the effect? Still making you feel great and keto is still going?

Never had any issues and this is year six, or might be seven now, I lose track… :joy:

Bulletproof coffee is a choice, not an obligation on Keto. But it’s great and can be consumed whenever you wish!
Good luck on your keto journey😊

I have coffee with coconut oil everyday after lunch for 2.7 years. Sometimes with cacao and or butter. I like it and have no thoughts about changing it.

In the mornings I drink it plain.

I only take in calories of any sort twice a day – at 1pm I have Lunch and at 4:30 I have supper --I have a coffee or tea with both of these meals with some MCT powder in them --I do TMAD 20:4 to keep to 20 hours of no calories a day. I do have coffee/tea outside of those hours, but I drink them plain so I am not messing up the 20 hours of Intermittent Fasting.

Whatever works for you. I avoid added fat as much as comfortably possible as only that works for me. But it’s great for others. And I didn’t even have breakfast on high-carb let alone on keto. We are different, we get hungry at different times, we have different tastes (BP coffee sounds not tasty at all to me), different goals and energy need (I can’t afford zillion calories for a drink)… There are almost zero strict rules. Drink a BP coffee if you want, whenever you want if that works for you just fine.

My not black coffee (far from BP, lower calorie and protein is involved) always happens in the afternoon, well, I normally only consume calories there so of course… It’s perfectly fine, even useful then.
