Buddig / Spam

#1

A stupid question but l think l know…

Are either of these products keto friendly?
I think no because:

  1. They’re processed
  2. Ingredients are questionable
    Thanks

What are the ingredients?
That’s what you need to go by.

On the Buddig meats, should be fine, I’ve only had the presliced coldcuts when I’m in a rush and don’t want to wait in the deli line but they seemed fine, I love spam, the nitpick on that would be the potato starch, to me that’s nuts, there’s not enough in there to matter and… it’s SPAM!

Fried Spam, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on my 647 bread… that’s what life’s all about!

Probably shouldn’t be a first choice. But when you have little time, I think they are a good Keto choice.

Well said… sometimes fast and lazy is good enough. Just not all the time.

I don’t think I’ve ever had either of these. Have never even heard of Buddig.

Spam on a Keto waffle (almond flour) with a soft fried egg and cheddar cheese will be my Easter morning treat to myself tomorrow. Thanks for the idea!!!

I’ll have spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam and spam.

For any Monty Python fans out there… :joy:
