I have been stalled at 10kg above my goal weight for 3 weeks. I have tried a few things, but no joy. This week, I have done ADF, and made sure I was feasting well on my feed days, I think I’ve broken the back of it! I have woken up to my lowest weight yet, and I have a fast day today as well.
Tomorrow morning’s weight should be another kg down. But we’ll see.
Message: if on a stall, mix it up a bit. Hopefully by this time tomorrow I will be 8kg away from target.
