Broken the back of my stall

I have been stalled at 10kg above my goal weight for 3 weeks. I have tried a few things, but no joy. This week, I have done ADF, and made sure I was feasting well on my feed days, I think I’ve broken the back of it! I have woken up to my lowest weight yet, and I have a fast day today as well.

Tomorrow morning’s weight should be another kg down. But we’ll see.

Message: if on a stall, mix it up a bit. Hopefully by this time tomorrow I will be 8kg away from target.

4 month stall here. Tried IF, doesn’t work for me. I just KCKO!

8 month stall for me! I too just KCKO and remind myself that other things are healing…

Or perhaps not… I lost precisely zero yesterday on my fast day. This has never happened before, i’ve always lost something. I think I must have been dehydrated from a run yesterday morning. I drank quite a bit yesterday (coffee and water/electrolytes) and I think any fat loss has been counterbalanced by rehydration.

I think i am going to let it go, and not try quite so hard. I think my body just wants to be at this weight for a bit.

I fasted 39 hours. No change in weight. Fasting again tomirrow. Grrr

So glad to hear it!

I was stalled (not the first time) for oh, I don’t even remember how long! Many months, or a year.

But I KCKO’d and in the last month I lost 12 pounds. Go figure! I tweaked a few things but have no idea if those tweaks are why. Fewer nuts, less wine, less food overall, but no fasting (beyond the IF that comes naturally).
