Breaking a fast,

I’m breaking a fast tomorrow and was going to break it with brain octaine oil. I have a HITT training session booked for tomorrow morning.
I’m going to be in a good position for a good growth hormone boost but I’m wondering if I should do the training first then break the fast or break the fast then train. My goal is to boost growth hormone… does mct or brain octaine aid in the hormone production??

I’d break the fast with some food… and definitely post workout. If you use the substances you are suggesting I would recommend being very close to a toilet for some time after.

The last thing you want to do after brain octane is HIIT or ANYTHING intensive. Just have a small amount of regular food, and best to do it after the HIIT in case of digestive upset.
