I started keto about a month ago my first 10lbs came off rather easily but now I’m stuck, Ive tried fasting and also tried early less and eating more. Consuming hardly any carbs. I see and read all this success story and I’m getting discouraged that I’m not going to reach my goal. Any suggestions all are welcome

Don’t worry about fasting for now. The first step is to get into ketosis. Focus on keeping your net carbs to 20g or less, eat moderate protein scaled to your lean body mass, and eat fat to satiety. Eat when you’re hungry, and try to eat fat. Don’t worry about counting calories. If you need a snack, eat fat.
After that, the next step is to get fat adapted. That’s when your system will start recognizing stored fat as available energy. That can take 6-8 weeks. That’s the point when your appetite will diminish and fasting will come naturally if that’s something you want to do.
Above all, KCCO.
