Just wondering if anyone has experienced pressure inside the skull, like brain pressure. Poked around a little here on the forum and read one post about salt helping. I’m drinking broth but since I’ve had actual meningitis in the past the symptom scares me. I just doubt it’s from glucose/inflammation as I’ve been in ketosis for days. Really hope it’s just a lack of salt interrupting homeostasis in the brain.

The broth actually did help. It has an extremely high sodium number so there might be something to the salt thing. Honestly so grateful for this forum
