Got to brag some. 72 VN vet with smelling a lot of AO and many side effects but 5 months into keto here’s what changed. Lost 23lbs, totally off high blood meds,off colitis med,off heart burn meds down on prednisone from 20 to 10,off diabetes meds,go in for another check next week but I know from checking glucose it’s wayyyyy down. I have bad lungs from AO and they will not get better but maybe they stay the same, my oxygen level is way up and seldom need to use my tank. Ok how’s that for keto. I hope all you people out there starting on keto learn from my adventure to stick with it. I never ever cheat.
