They ship almost anywhere. Boudin is traditionaly a pork and rice type sausage that is common throughout south Louisiana. There is even an annual fair in the town of Scott where the various local producers battle and it can get rather competative as these guys take their cooking very seriously. Is it better than bacon ?..YES…(yeah I said it). But until now that…rice…damn…not keto, not keto at all . Well T-Boys in Mamou have cooked up a version with cauliflower for rice filler. They ship to almost anywhere so if you are looking for something different and easy to add variety to your keto life style this stuff will do give you some real ammo. Luckily i only live about 30 mins away, I don’t have any ties, economic or otherwise with T-Boys (T stands for little in these parts) other than enjoying their Boudin.
