Eating more carbs after working out thinking they are burning more fat than the carbs they are taking in…

Calories are like a roach motel they check in but they hardly ever checkout!

Not to mention
Watching many members eat at protein/carb/sugar/processed bar of some sort
Sipping on a gallon of some sort of colored juice…bcaa or the latest supplement
Chasing it down w an energy drink
All this…next to their gym bag

I’m not knocking
To each their own for the above
Eat and drink up

FOR ME
I walk in fasted!
Sip on my water , pinch of pink salt ( BONUS, cheaper than the above ):rofl:

Lots of energy
B4, during , and after a pleasant workout😄

Me too, though yesterday I went on a 5 mi walk and had dinner afterwards. A piece of meatloaf (keto friendly) and some broccoli /cauliflower. Seems more sensible to me.

Similar - a friend of mine, who I play Warframe with on XBOX, has a mate in a wheelchair who has lost a large amount while in a wheelchair due to keto. I’ll try to remember to get some details.
