Book for journaling / tracking

Newbie, Site is confusing to me. Trying to find a Booklet (or something non-digital–don’t want to use an app) that is accurate, and lists nutritional info on foods: Carb/net carb/ proteins/ fats at a minimum. Just starting and want to keep track of these till I get used to these numbers. I’ve noticed the available books don’t always agree on amounts. Atkins has one thing, the generic bookstore carb-counter has something else, and online listings have yet different values. Frustrating. Guidance appreciated.
I hope that with time I will not be so dependent on a Book resource but since I am just beginning, I feel it is a necessity. Thanks…sookie
