My body temp rises when I eat. Is that normal? I mean enough that I sweat!

Same happened to me for the first couple months of zero carb. I think it has to do with all the protein, but if someone knows the science-y explanation, please feel free to set me straight.

I suspect your body is burning fat just to get rid of it. That can certainly raise your body temp.

I think this is correct, or near enough so that it doesn’t matter. I really have noticed it lately, especially when it’s eating non-ketogenically. Not sure how it can be a bad thing, i.e. “Well fine, extra carbs so let’s burn them off.” What’s depressing is how much heat can come from what seems like a small amount of calories, same as how few calories are required to fuel a run of a few miles, or a run around the block.
