Blood Work Results!

So many people have crapped on about the Keto diet and the high fat content blah blah. Well my blood works shows how amazing its been for my body.
I had full blood work done recently and compared to 1.5 years ago my dangerous Lipids (The Good, the Bad, and the Fatty. The different kinds of cholesterol and other fats in your blood are together called lipids) where at 2.1 which I had no idea I was in the “HIGH RISK” Catergory for heart disease but it is now dropped to 1.0 My doctor has no idea I am eating the Keto way of life now and he didnt ask what I had changed.
He just said what ever it is that I am doing keep doing it as my blood work compared to last years was amazing!

So if anyone has any concerns about the amount of fats you eat on keto the proof is in the blood tests. For so many years doctors and dieticians have told us information we believe to be true because we know no better. Look and think outside the box do your research listen to podcasts with doctors and scientiest and make your mind up for yourself rather than follow the pack. (Two Keto dudes is a good one)

Even my risk of diabeties has now dropped to no risk at all, my blood work isnt full of glucos which is awesome my body now runs off fat and burns fat rather than glucosis. :slight_smile: Thank you Ketosis!!!

This is all in only 7 months of eating Keto 80% of the time. I still have a naughty cheat meal each week. Plus an 11kg (22lb) loss!
