I would like to get some blood work done on myself just to see what I may be dealing with here. I have had poor sleep for years but it’s somewhat improved the last two years.
I really don’t know my doctor well but she strikes me as very traditional.
How would I go about finding someone to check out my hormonal Imbalance and any missing nutrients etc.
Would that be a naturopath?
And also which tests when I specifically ask for?
I thought about having one-on-one consultation with some with someone from this forum. Would anyone be able to recommend someone?
I am post menopausal, slow at weight-loss, having a hard time sleeping, been on keto for three weeks, only last two or 3 pounds pretty much spent my life trying to watch calories I suspect my metabolism may be a little bit screwed up. Also ate tons and tons of sugar as a kid and early in my adult years.
thank you so much
Blood work and recommend a coach?

My new doctor (who is also a good friend) is a functional medicine doctor, as is her partner in the practice. I think she does long-distance consulting, but you could contact the practice to ask them. I am post-surgical-menopause. They actually deal with all people in all walks of life (including men) and do a lot more than NaPro Technology.

You would have to ask them. They are very nice, give them a call or contact through their website.

You can also order your own labwork as well if you go through Request-A-Test or other site like that.
