I had a friend mention that people with O positive blood types tend to lose weight very quickly while on Keto or Atkins phase 1… This got me curious about the link between blood types and diets. I know that a connection exists, but I don’t know much else about it. What are your blood types; how much weight have you lost, how do you feel, etc. I’m A+ and have lost about 7-9 lbs in a month (more inches than weight).
