Alright guys where do you try to keep your blood sugar? I’ve been getting some numbers in the 60s lately is that normal? I have to monitor my 4 year old’s blood sugar a lot because he has a rare metabolic disorder and his endocrinologist always wants above 70 but maybe that’s just because he has an additional condition? Anyone else experience 60s? Normal still?

I’m 60s / 70s most of the time, 50s sometimes when fasting - if you feel fine then you’re fine, in ketosis fat burning should be making up the energy balance. Are you feeling fine?

I started incorperating that a couple days ago because I kept wanting to vomit lol. I’ve felt much better on that end

Just a couple weeks so maybe my body is just transitioning. My ketones have been around 1.0 in the morning for about two weeks so for some reason I thought I’d be adjusted by now but maybe not

Yeah, I’d keep an eye on the glucose numbers for a few weeks - it’ll take a while for your body to switch to more efficient fat burning, if you’re going below 60 you probably want to eat something to raise it a little. And keep your salts topped up.
