Blood results - Full year Keto/LCHF

I started on the LCHF/Keto train June 2017. I’ve stayed true to form without cheating, while maintaining under 50 net carbs each day without fail. Generally 35-45 net carbs, 80-100g protein, and anywhere from 150-350g fat with saturated fat being roughly 30% of total fats.
These are the honest blood results with a 14hr fast using no Feldman protocols or any other manipulation techniques.
As I’m in Canada, these are measured in mmol/L. I have multiplied these by 18 to achieve the calculated mg/dl results in the screenshot provided.

Key take away…This LCHF/Keto WOE does work and I’m honest proof of it. I hope these numbers inspire each and every one of you.

Total Cholesterol = 5.46 mmol/L
Triglycerides = 0.64 mmol/L
HDL = 2.35 mmol/L
LDL = 2.82 mmol/L
A1c = 5.4 mmol/L
