Blood measurements question

I have not eaten today and just completed my first workout of 69 minutes and 1000 calories on the elliptical trainer. Prior to the workout my blood registered 88 glucose, .4 ketone. After the workout glucose was 100 and ketone .7.

Why would glucose be higher? The ketone increase does not surprise me, although I have read from others their ketone levels are lower after a workout, although I don’t understand why that would be.
