I have been off keto for the month of June, and will be going back on this month.
I tested my ketone levels this morning and it was .01 mmol/l
could that just be that my body was burning fat over night?
What would my mmol/l reading be to be deep in keto?
I was measuring reading from .5 to high 2.0 during May
