Blood Ketones Help!
don’t understand how my levels are so low and I’m not losing tho!! I literally don’t even use stevia. nothing! just meat and fat and veggies, that’s it. Also, my blood ketone levels were good then they just dropped out of nowhere. Can’t get them above 1.1!!

You ARE losing though, the change in your waist measurement shows that. The scale is not a good guide. And 1.1mmol is a decent ketone reading, not that you should even be chasing numbers. Ease up on yourself and be patient.
