So I’m having a series of unfortunate events. Starting with bronchitis, then food poisoning, now UTI- I’m in general weak now and am worried about my immunity system. I’m thinking of getting a series of blood tests done. I’m currently not taking my usual vitamins or cord liver oil supplements. I don’t want to go see general physicians who might not have any idea about keto and ask me to take carbs like rice and stuff. Please give me a list of supplements that’s essential on keto (vitamin, potassium, etc)
Also, what types of blood tests should I get done? Are there specific tests? I’m thinking liver and kidney but I’d love to have a detailed list. I’ll be traveling to the city to get these done.

Sorry, perhaps you should see a doctor. Or perhaps you have already. Brochitis, UTI, food poisoning, all diagnosed. Are you being treated? Hope so. These are not likely specifically keto diet related.
Get healthy first.

Hi Karen!!! How are you? I hope you remember me… I’ve had so many keto dilemmas answered by you. Hope you’re well.
