I’m been Keto since Aug 2017. Lately I’ve been feeling more bloated. What can I take to help? I’m drinking lots of water. maybe I need more salt. Does anyone take Betamin HCL ?

If I’m really bloated around the stomach area, have digestion issues, no recent “movements” - my go to process is an epsom salt flush - this might not be right for you though, so disclaimer alert given!

You’ll need a day indoors though, and instant access to the bathroom.

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoon of magnesium (I use sulfate / Epsom Salt - but people use magnesium citrate too)
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar / lemon juice for flavour
the above mixed into 1 litre of warmed drinking water so they are dissolved

Drink this quickly, and follow up with more water over the course of the day, and green tea.

This will clear your system from top down, and should help any digestion issue.

Otherwise, you could try doubling your water intake for a day, and perhaps easing up on the sodium/salt - which can cause water retention.
