Big time SCORE at Asian market! Now what do I do?

Little back story here (please indulge me), growing up my mother struck a friendship with another mom who happened to be Chinese. They went to bible fellowship together and shared cooking tips in the kitchen. One wonderful Saturday Ann took my mom, sister and me to Chinatown in NYC. One memory stands out clearly is going into a Chinese grocery and my mom ordering a piece of this roasted pork that was hanging from hooks over hot steam tables. The man went to cut her a piece and or friend started to yell at him in Chinese that he wasn’t giving her quality and that she was going to pick out the piece of meat and so she picked out a piece of meat and the man cut the piece turned around chopped into bits she also ordered a duck a whole duck that was hanging and they cut that into pieces and we stood on the corner on that cold day in Chinatown and just ate the most delicious hot steaming roast duck and roast pork right out of the containers.
Yesterday afternoon I found myself in the area of a large Asian grocery. I bought some bowls, sesame seeds in bulk, ground pork rinds, and
A WHOLE ROAST DUCK!
to top it off I bought
1 + 1/2 lb. FRESH ROASTED PORK!
yes I did nibble on the way home. Wouldn’t you?
I could smell the spices, there is no glaze or coating but the duck was stuffed with Chinese 5 spices.
Now the question, besides making an awesome stir fry, what else can I do? I KNOW I overbought but I didn’t realize it would be so much!

Duck cabbage soup with all of the bones. Stir fry with ginger and scallion. Cut/shredded into small pieces and fried rice (using Konjac rice or cauliflower rice).Re heat and eat it, no need to make a new dish.

Lucky you, CJ.

You’ve reminded me of the huge Asian market I visited once since I moved from southern California to northern California. In SoCal they were everywhere, here not so much. But that roasted duck you mentioned had my mouth watering and I think I will have to make the trek to that market sometime soon.

Going to play around with that, I got some Napa cabbage, bean sprouts and mushrooms yesterday. Going to use the juices that are at the bottom of the container for marinating in
