No worries. I should’ve started small. But I was lazy and didn’t feel like finding something to chop up the chunk I used.

Just made these today, to take to a party.
Good recipe, albeit a little labor-intensive. Would be easier if I had a sifter, instead of using a strainer, to sift the flour.
