Has anyone seen weight loss documentary
Beyond Expectations.
What you guys think about it.
She was eating 6-8 meals a day as she said and one full cheat eating anything no limit on amount and she shed so much weight and compete in a body building championship.
I would love to know views and has anyone bought her book or weight loss plan or anything and if someone can share the info.

Watching it now, will give review!

While watching, was looking at the statement in her promo material and she talks about ratios of protein, carbohydrate and fat and she has a special formula in ratios which is interesting and exactly what I suspect is the secret to her husbands method (a personal trainer)?

She uses a stair stepping pattern but she’s lifting weights, so she can cheat with 2,000 calories on the cheat day?

She does not count calories when dieting and does not have a gym membership?

Ratios of carbohydrate, fat, and protein are probably very ketogenic like?

I think it’s really neat and awsome!
