I’m going back to tracking, to get back into control.
Former user of MyFitnessPal but got so frustrated with wrong data from other users. What’s the best tracker these days?
I would like it to:
- Track net carbs, protein
- Be able to easily input my own recipes, and/or from websites,
and be able to log a portion of the recipe - Work on both Mac OSX (either in Chrome or its own software)
and iOS for iPhone, and synch data between devices. I don’t have an iPad.
