Not a real coconut taste as there is only one cup of coconut flour/no almond flour. Flax seed meal and loads of seeds. I added some xanthan gum and psyllium husks and it turned out a pretty loaf and easy to slice.
I would prefer a lighter slice and more “real bread” like texture as this texture is fairly dense (even though i separated the eggs and whipped the whites before folding them in) and wondering what the best keto bread recipe is …I like this one and it is certainly filling (and at about 250 calories per slice it should be!)
