Best diet to cure/help chronic pain

Please help me start eliminating and eating what’s best for my body in terms of helping it not be inflamed and in pain. I have gone through a miserable day of being completely in pain, aching all over, and I just don’t know what I can do to help myslelf, but I know I can do something. I know it’s worse with my period which is coming, but that isn’t for two weeks. When I was trying to lose I eliminated dairy which I can easily do again, but I feel this is more than that. Right now I am eating once or twice daily, mostly coffee, water, eggs, cheese (just added), dark meat, fish, oils, butter, 85+ chocolate but once a day, and low carb veggies just added. Where would you go from here?

Is there a reason you believe that your diet is the cause of your pain? Have you seen a doctor?

How long have you been in pain, and how long have you been doing keto?

You don’t mention the source of your pain.

I have arthritis in my hip and I have noticed that walking and yoga help a lot. I sit at a desk for work, so gentle movement has always helped. Adding my diet/fasting is also helping with inflammation but I don’t know how to prove it other than I feel better.
