Best coffee to use for "bullet proof coffee"?

I just recently started & one of the things i have missed is coffee. I would prefer instant coffee since I dont have a coffee maker but not sure if that’s possible.

Sure. Why not? There are no rules, just whatever works for you. :bacon:

I’d say use what you prefer - hands down. One of the greatest things I’ve experienced while on keto (still learning) but… its not boring… it has options… it really is something that has a lot of leeway in what works for you. (In my lowly opinion)
If you like tea - I also make bulletproof matcha from time to time - even though Im a coffee girl. but its a nice taste break and sometimes faster when I’m short on time n the mornings

I’ve been reading labels & I have Nescafe instant coffe but according to carb manager it has 36 net grams of carbs kind of disappointed since it was one of my favorite coffees. Is there one that you recommend?.

I used to think Taster’s Choice was the best, but haven’t had it in years, so I can’t vouch for the carb content.

There are 0 carbs in nescafe coffee? According to the website and nutritional panel.

If you do not have a coffee maker, the next best thing is a pour over filter cone (less than $10). It sits on top of a cup and you just pour hot water through it (it holds a filter which holds the coffee).

If you are buying generic brand unsalted butter and that’s all you are putting in your coffee and taste is not an issue then instant will give you that fat transport mechanism you seek.

But if you are using some combination of unsalted grass fed butter, a couple of table spoons of a good MCT oil and/or some high-end collagen hydrolysate powder - your cup price could easily break one dollar - may as well make it taste good with some real coffee (these three froth up really well together - heaven in the AM).
