can I have it ? And how can I count the rice flour ? I just ordered this from amazon plzzzz dnt say not take it I’m ready to have zero carb per day and take it wht do I think ? Rice flour ???

If you feel the need to be precise, weigh 10, take away 5g for the berberine, take 10 x the weight of the capsule, divide by 10 and you have g rice flour per cap, look that up…
or just call it 2 g carbs and get on with your day.
