Just recieved my Amazon order! Says to mix in any liquid, I mixed it in Water, shook it up drank it. Not much of a flavor. I’ll drink it every day. And see how it does for a week or so. My husband mixed it in diet Pepsi. He wont do that agian. Foamed up! I think water or crystal light. " he drinks" would be a better choice for him. Thanks agian for the suggestion.
