1st picture is in October 2018, the second photo is what i currently look like.

I did not count calories, I ate 4000 plus on average in calories and some days 5000.
mixed keto and zero carb some weeks.

From 240 to 169 in 9 months. (Unfortunately left with some loose skin :rofl:)

Great transformation, the loose skin will get better. Especially if you do some 36 hr. fasts for autophagy. Collagen supplemention or from bone broth will also help. While I have not gotten rid of all the extra skin, it looks better than any other time when I lost a lot of weight. I am older and have lost 30+ lbs. multiple times in my lifetime. I think my fasting really helped a lot this time.

It also takes a little time for things to shift around, so have some patience, it will get better.
