hello every one I do the one meal a day keto lifestyle and love it I eat all my fats calories etc in one meal If I get really hungry I may have a few pork scratchings or peanut butter or a nice glass of stock to keep me too g till my meal what kind of keto do you follow?
Been doing keto 4-5 months and lost 52lbs

I tend to eat 2 meals a 4 days a week & 1 meal a day for the other 3. I prefer how I feel on 1 meal a day but would struggle to keep my calories up doing it all the time.

you do what you feel comfortable doing remember 1-3lbs at a time is great I also don’t weigh my self often once a month now I used to be every day lol but stopped lol
