Been dapplin with Keto trying to learn it

(K) #1

I’ve been dapplin with keto since August 2017 and have lost 33 lbs but have hit a wall. I’m trying to learn more about keto but I keep getting lost as others try to sell me products that I can’t afford nor want to buy as they are probably full of junk and will cause another issue in health. I want to do this strictly from what I can buy at any store no matter we’re i am/travel to. Does anyone want to help guide me?

If you just eat real food meat, fish, cheese, cream, green veg (not too much), eggs and butter then you should be 95% of the way there. You don’t need to buy anything special and especially avoid most (all) manufactured stuff. Just buy raw ingredients that aren’t starchy and cook them. Its simple really. Don’t let perfection hinder progress.

Like bulkbiker says.

Also, you may want to search for people who stall after being successful in dropping weight. It is to be expected but there are strategies to navigate them.

For example, you can read stuff here and many other threads:

You don’t need any products at all on Keto, just real food
