I’m looking for an at home workout plan and I was wondering if anybody has tried the Kayla Itsines BBG app while on keto? Her results look amazing but I’m not sure If I can get the same results without going on her meal plan that looks really expensive.

I’m not sure what you’re after, but Nerd Fitness has a great body-weight workout plan that is free. No equipment needed and easy to learn. I also just like their approach to fitness and diet.
I’ve not heard of Kayla Itsines, so I can’t help there.
Honestly, I think any well rounded program incorporating cardio, weight lifting and yoga/pilates will net you good results along with keto.
I joined an online gym for about the same price as what’s on Kayla’s website and there are a zillion different workout programs to choose from; easy to super hardcore and anywhere from 10 minutes to 90 minutes. I bought myself some weight bands and a few kettle-bells, and am following the OKL macros guidelines, which is working well for me so far.
I think there are many sites out there with free full body bodyweight workouts that don’t feature nutrition. I will point out a quote from Protein Power Life Plan by the Doctors Eades, that you shouldn’t take nutrition advice from an exercise professional or workout advice from a nutrition expert. They go on to offer about 10 pages (out of 350+ on how to work out), which is what the average CSCS offers in terms of nutrition advice in a book of workouts. Unbundle the two, and let the CSCS talk about exercise and the PhDs and Drs. talk to diet.
I looked at what folks have pinned or otherwise put into searchable databases and the workouts look legit. More or less than anything else, I couldn’t say. But circuits are good for fat burn, according to the collective wisdom of the CSCS crowd. If you want to see what I’ve found:
