Bathroom on Keto

Ive been on and off with the runs on the keto diet. I will take a pepto bismol and other stomach relaxers but it will come and go. Anyone know what I may be needing to add more onto my diet

Give us a typical day’s menu and we can try to help. MCT oil, too much magnesium, for instance, can cause problems, depending upon the amounts.

Another possibility is the polyunsaturated fatty acids in seed oils. What oils/fats do you cook with?
