Hi all!!! I’ve been absent from the forum for quite awhile. My Darjeeling trip went well, I carried protein powder brownies and boiled eggs.
As for this post, it’s a terribly hot summer here. I bought a bag of chips seeds from Amazon, but turns outs, they’re basil seeds. Chia seeds are very very hard to come by in India, what is sold instead is raw holy basil seeds. As much as I tried to find the difference and to know if that’s keto friendly, I didn’t get any satisfactory answers. Can you please help me with this? I’ve already bought 2 KGS…and I love them. I love a spoonful in my coconut cream. That makes such a filling meal. Please tell me if it’s keto friendly, and how much should I be having.
Love,
Bibi

It is…thanks!!! I was tracking with Lose It app, and they showed really high carb content which freaked me out. It’s very very hot where I live, and basil seeds have been amazing in keeping my body cooler. It’s very satiating and I guess it’s all fiber!
