Bad muscle sore

Hey Guys,

I started my 8. week and my workouts are still low and the muscle sore kicks extremly in when I’m doing leg day… :smiley: Even though I make sure not to exaggerate my training and supplementing magensium and potassium and don’t forget the extra teespoon of salt. :wink:
Anyone else with same experience and good tipps for recovery?

Keep at it. It’s just a part of adaptation. You can do it!

Are you doing your stretches?

Just gently. Stretching can make it worse.
