I have been Keto for 6 months and all been great.
Recently I am having issues mainly with my hands which have had tingling sensation which I beleive is down to poor circulation.

That would be ultra rare.
Tingling in the hands in older patients is usually OA.
It could happen in a bad vasculopath but I’ve never seen it, rare to happen in arms before legs as well.
Option 2 might be carpal tunnel.
Ok Thanks for reply - apprecaited.
I do use a mouse and keyboard all day everyday which could be a cause i guess.
Thanks
Any swelling in your arms? I had major surgery on both arms last year, and now I find that my fingers go numb periodically until I change my position–it’s especially noticeable when I sleep. The fluid in the arms apparently presses on the nerves. The surgeons say that because the lymph nodes were so badly traumatized by the operations, the swelling may never completely go away. I find it manageable, fortunately, and at least it’s less of a problem than it was this time last year.
Try taking a break every half hour or so. Stop what you’re doing, and shake your arms around for a few seconds. You might find it helpful, regardless of what’s going on.
No swelling just kind of tingling and numbness. Also sore write and knuckles…maybe oa
If no swelling, then I wonder if your nerves are getting pinched. Sorry, I can’t be any more helpful. I hate to say it, but it may be time for a visit to the doctor.
I hope you can figure out what’s going on. Please let us know.
A friend has suggest I am not having enough calories as simply not been hungry so testing this theory.
He also thinks it’s why I may have stalled on weight loss.
Will see how I go and advise
So have not really got to the bottom of this. Still having the cold hands and pains. Still considering possible causes.
