I will say that I was doing SO good on keto and then I had to work 4 days at work from 7am-11 pm and they were catering food and honestly I was just too tired to keep up with the keto and everything was carbs! It amazes me how many carbs are in normal food! I will say that my mental health was SO much better on keto and it’s been tough trying to get back to it, I keep looking at keto pages on instagram for inspiration! I’m ready to get back to feeling good and hopefully seeing some weight loss!

No time like the present. There will always be trips, unless you set your mind to meet your goals.

This WOE does take some planning, and quite honestly if you come up against days you don’t plan, then fast through the day till you get where you can eat keto. I promise you won’t crash and burn doing a quick fast. Also, most caterings at work do provide salads, and vegetarian stuff. Even if they had sammiches, eat the meat and veggies off it.

Where there’s a will, there is indeed a way.
