I am 45 and have been training for a long time with weights, i was injured for 11y and got back training 2y ago, i train almost everyday.
I failed low carb before by not eating enough food. I am back in Keto and fasting 16-18h a day.
Its only been a week but i am looking forward to see how things go this time i am still tweeking the diet, i still eat too much but i was able to reach ketosis, keep my sodium and fat intake high and have 3 weight training workouts without feeling fatigue or drained as before.
I want to shed as much bodyfat as i can and look good again fit in smaller pants i am in 40 plus jeans now… not too good.
I will give myself time, i seem to have gotten over carbs combining keto and fasting seems to work amazing for this sugar craving.
I am make my own lunch and stop ordering out when i work. Lets see how things go i am 5 feet 11 and 235 pounds want to get down around 210-205…
