Awful diarrhea the past 2 days

Hey all I’ve been on keto now 3.5 months have had issues here and there nothing huge. I will add I do not have a gallbladder. I have been having horrible watery stools for 2 days straight out of the blue. Not had this issue really before this. Anybody have this problem or know what could be causing it? Any help I’d appreciate cause this is not fun

Are you consuming MCT oil? Some people can not tolerate MCT oil.
