Simple question. Atkins let me eat great quantities of protien. It worked and i lost 100# 16 yrs ago. Kept off for 5 yrs but “found” it again. Tried again 6 yrs ago and lost 65, had other health problems, got discouraged and fell off wagon. I still eat lots of protein but unfortunately lots of carbs too.
Tried numerous times to repeat loss but fall off the wagon. I know about the Keto Flu, especially with repeatedly going and falling off. Two questions:

I like to eat great quantities of meat, eggs, cheese. How does that fit with Keto? I’m not a spring chicken (age 72) and weight about 325. I’m also terribly inflexible. Can barely see my shoes let along tie them.

On the suggestion “75% of calories from fat”, what do i eat to get that? Do I suck down lard? Do I go around a steak restaurant and grab the fat people cut off their steak?
