I have just received my AT 6000 breath tester but I can’t get a reading. My pee stick reading gives me 0.05 to 0.15 but the breath tester is zero. Does this mean I will have to have a boozy night to test it for alcohol and if I do will that reset the machine?
John..................................................Well I had a couple of glasses last night and it did work so I’m either not in ketosis or it’s not reading acetone.
Yesterday I went to the gym, had a brunch of Shiritaki noodles with creamed Avocado. Dinner of pesto chicken with feta cheese and olives.
When I don’t go to the gym I have a cooked breakfast, light lunch and dinner. All good keto food.
So how do you know.
