I’m hoping this helps some of you slow losers that have been struggling along with me. I’ll be ending my 8th week on Friday. I’ve started noticing changes in my body comp even though the last weigh in only showed a total loss of 4 pounds. I’ll weigh again on Saturday, my 2nd time in the whole 8+ weeks. The belly fat however is not giving up without a fight… I just wanted to remind everyone who’s in the struggle, it’s not anything you are doing wrong… I’m working so hard to multi task: macros in check, exercising at right intensity and type, reducing stress and keeping blood sugar and ketones monitored and in the right ranges… it’s a lot to balance my peeps. Whatever stage you’re at in this, keep going! I have blind faith that I will see the results I’m working towards, and so will you… stay the course, our victory is right around the corner
