Seems acceptable, but not ideal. If you like it and it works for you, it’s ok. I wouldn’t evangelize it though. The vitamins, minerals, etc., are obtainable as real foods, and sucralose isn’t awesome.
High caffeine (for a non-coffee drink - justified with “like a cup of coffee”) and an artificial sweetener (which might hurt your gut microbiome and therefore your ability to digest things well - important on a keto high-fat nutrient dense diet). Aspire is pure chemicals that probably has a multi-year shelf life and, right on the label, “Not recommended for children…”.
But, as usual with these things, it is the dose that is the problem.
If I really enjoyed these, I’d limit to once a week as a special treat (and only in the early morning).
Daily or multiple per day - out of the question - not interested in eroding my ability to digest things or to see if leaky gut is fun or something.
I just spotted them in the shops and wondered as they seam to tick most boxes, personally I’ll stick to sparkling water!
That’s something to keep in mind on all of these types of decisions. Supplement companies want to tick as many boxes as possible while hooking you with caffeine and flavor. Once on (habit is formed), harder to get off, so best not to get on.
