We took a trip to the Asian Market today to get stuff for Pho. It was my first time there. So many fun things. So much offal.

Ya, the first store I saw like that really amazed me. In San Diego it was at a more Vietnamese-oriented store that had that broad of a selection as opposed to the other Japanese- and Korean-oriented stores I’d been to more frequently.

Last time I went to an Asian market I walked out with three CASES of Aroy-D coconut milk. Sooooo much cheaper than at any other kind of store!

Great place for pork belly, which I haven’t been able to find in regular supermarkets.

I was hoping to see some pork belly, but I didn’t. There was tonnnns of fish and seafood though!
