Hi, guys!!!
We tied the knot over the weekend, and although I didn’t hit my weight loss goal (missed it by ONE POUND), I felt really great about the weight I lost!
My husband told me to be careful not to lose too much that my dress was too loose, but I didn’t listen. Yes, my dress was too loose!

The weather was perfect and the wedding went off without much of a hitch!
We stuck to our Keto plan with the exception of feeding each other the first bite of cake. We had planned the food around our diet but also included non-Keto stuff for the guests. That way we were able to ensure that we could stick to the plan, and yet nobody felt left out. I feel pretty clever about that! Haha!
I hope you feel good a whole bunch!

Thank you, Happyheart! My mom actually made my dress! She took my sister’s wedding dress and one that I had bought (but didn’t fit into) and Frankensteined then together. In hindsight I had lost enough inches to fit into that first dress, but this one is much more special!
My husband was doing Keto before we met, but I wasn’t on board at all! Then it took 2 people to zip me into my first fitting and I decided that it was time to make some changes! Doing Keto together has brought us closer, as we cook together and look for new recipes to try! I look and feel better than I have in over a decade, so we are sticking with it!

Your mom did a great job on your dress.
I still have my wedding dress in a box from over 30 years ago. I think I might actually fit in it again. You will probably be too skinny for yours in 30 years. 
Congrats and I’m so happy you are eating this way. I wish I had started years ago!
