Hi All,

https://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/3025/2
Arugula, raw
1/2 cup
Glycemic load: 0
Carbs: 0.4
fiber: 0.2
calories: 2.5 KCal
wonderful vitamins and minerals.

Now that seems like the perfect free Keto food and it has a lot of fans. So I tried some “baby Arugula” from the store. It is suppose to be “peppery” . If I liked it, I thought of growing it.

Well now, it tasted like a STALE RADISH. And it was the gift that keep on giving. It has a strong AFTER TASTE of fart. YUK! YUK! YUK! YUK! YUK! YUK! YUK! YUK!

Am I missing something here?
Many thanks,
-T
Did I mention: YUK!

Try baby bok choy. Almost as low carb (1.18 gr per 100 grams) and tastes great, like a combo of celery and romaine.
